Q:What is the difference between 20102 and 20102A
A:The difference is the 20102 is a tool only. The battery and charger sold separately. Also, the protective sleeve is not included. Whereas the 20102A includes the battery, charger and protective sleeve are included.
A:According a link I found on a Yahoo search - mobile.greenworkstool.com - the 20102 was sold with a battery and charger. I just received a 20102 with battery and charger (29322 and 29342, respectively) so both models apparently use the same battery and charger. I ordered a 20102A, which I had done some research on and it was supposed to have a chain brake and a 5 ounce oil capacity. The 20102 unit I received doesn't have a chain brake and less than 2 ounce oil capacity.
Q:Is the battery that comes with this compatible with the 22322 hedge trimmer? Thanks
A:Yes, you can use the battery in the hedge trimmer.
A:The battery that comes with the 20102A (29312, 2amp) is not compatible with the 22322 hedge trimmer. The 22322 hedge trimmer is part of the "enhanced" family of 24V tools (also referred to as G24). Like the 20212 pole saw, the 22322 uses either the 29722 (2amp) or the 29732 (4amp) batteries, which require a 29702 charger.
Q:What's box size to delever ?
A:The shipping box dimensions are 48" x 12" x 12".
Q:How much does this weigh (fully assembled)?
A:The saw weights 9.8 pounds without the battery installed.
Q:What is the part number of the battery and that of the charger that comes with this saw?
A:The battery model number is 29312. The charger's number is 29702.
A:The battery models are 29312 (2 AMP) and 29322 (4 AMP). The charger model is 29342 for both batteries, not 29702 as stated by Ken. The 29702 is the charger for the 29722, the "enhanced" 24 volt lithium battery. I have submitted this answer before but it still hasn't been posted so people are getting some incorrect info.
Q:What is maximum length of pole saw?
A:The total reach length of this pole saw is 15 feet.
